Salon Pricing

At Plush, our pricing is based on a unique Level Pricing System, grounded in two core principles: the extensive experience of our stylists and their ongoing professional education. All pricing shown is our Level 1 tier. 

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment or we reserve the right to charge you 50% of your scheduled service fee to compensate the stylist.
This does not apply to services that take over 2 hours. For example: Brazilian Blowout and Eyelash Extension require a 50% deposit that is non refundable if you cancel in less than 24 hours.
All no shows are non refundable 50% of the reserved service amount.
We reserve the right to ask our clients to provide a credit card to book for future appointments once they have no showed or cancelled their appointment without proper notice.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Services: Should there be any questions or problems with your hair we need to know within 1 week of your appointment and we will get you in as soon as we can to address the situation.
Products (Non Refundable): We can exchange a product for in store credit up to one week of purchase – this excludes skin care products.
We do not exchange gift cards.
